EVOLVED PILATES LEVEL II

An innovative system of non-impact exercise, evolved from the teachings of Joseph Pilates and incorporating new science and understanding of the human body. Using the Allegro Studio Reformer, this class introduces you to the Allegro Pilates Reformer machine and will show you how these exercises can dramatically transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Build strength without excess bulk. Address muscular imbalance, and strengthen your core muscles, including abdominal and back muscles.

TONE N' SCULPT

A total body workout devoted to toning and defining your muscles, improving muscular strength and endurance. Work every muscle, at every angle, in every way!

BACHATA

Bachata is a Latin dance form which incorporates more footwork and circular movement across the floor. The beginner class is for all levels, designed to teach proper lead, connection, follow, timing, and footwork.

STEP N' DANCE

Step N' Dance is an intense aerobics class using the Step. The heart-pumping routines combined with strength training intervals to give you a complete cardio/weight workout.

SPINNING

CARDIO BOOTCAMP

Cardio Bootcamp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns.

AB SCULPTING

A class devoted to flattening and sculpting the midsection. Abs work hard all day keeping us standing tall so this class is designed to really fatigue those muscles. Be prepared to work your obliques, posture muscles of the mid & lower back, and of course that 6-pack!

A high energy class. This ultimate cardiovascular challenge mixes a full body workout.

PILATES MAT

A progression of mat exercises from the system created by Joseph Pilates. These classes incorporate the principles of the Pilates Method with intermediate/mixed level exercises for those already familiar with the exercises, focusing on precision, control, strength, intensity, concentration and flow.

YOGA

For those looking to improve cardiovascular health, overall wellness, and flexibility in addition to learning about life balance, Yoga is for you. Training your mind, body, and breath — as well as connecting with your spirituality — are the main goals of the yoga lifestyle. While you may not be using weights and machines to tone your body, these calisthenic practices will have you in shape - mind, body, and spirit - in no time.

EVENING YOGA

Evening yoga welcomes anyone who has done some basic yoga before. Always talk to the teacher before class if you have a condition. These classes are designed to unwind, stretch, dance the moon salutes, relax the back and the mind, stretch our hamstrings to help our painful lower back. The teacher will choose postures in the Hatha Yoga register that cools your nervous system while breathing and meditating in action.

ZUMBA

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

CARDIO SCULPT

Cardio Sculpt is a high energy strength/cardio class which alternates segments of cardio work and muscle conditioning resulting in a great total body workout.

CLASSIC STRENGTH

Classsic Strength is a total body workout is devoted to toning and defining your muscles, improving muscular strength and endurance. Work every muscle, at every angle, in every way!

360 BODY BLAST

360 Body Blast is a 60 minute balls to the wall upper and lower body blast including all types of equipment training (balls, bands, dumbbells, bodyweight). High reps and intense moves to build your endurance and speed your metabolism for increased fat burning. All fitness levels welcome.

INTERVAL COMBO TRAINING

Interval training is when you exercise hard for a short time, recover, then repeat the high intensity exercise. Combining interval training, including weights and cardio provides a useful workout for general fitness and weight loss. Training with intervals works both the aerobic and the anaerobic system. This class is for all class levels.

20/20/20

20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of body sculpting, and 20 minutes of core training in one class! You never know what's coming next. 20/20/20 is something new and exciting that is sure to keep you on your toes! All levels are welcomed to this class.

360 CYCLE

This indoor cycling workout brings the elements of athletic training to people of all fitness levels. Whether you’re training for a triathlon or riding for cardiovascular health. 360 Cycle will get you there. Feel the energy from those that surround you as everyone endures the terrain. Come enjoy the ride. Everyone leaves class a winner. Individualized for participants of any age or ability!

AQUA FIT

The intensity of the water aerobics class is determined by how hard you decide to work. This shallow water workout includes calisthenics style movements with variations of upper and lower body resistive moves. Participants march, jog and ski through the water to create resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and flexibility. Each instructor uses his/her creativity to keep the pace moving and the activities interesting. As the participant, you manipulate the water to create your preferred level of intensity.

HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga is an advanced, calorie burning, total body strengthening, advanced yoga class. You will get a full hour and a half of a variety of over 100 different postures. The teacher holds the postures and guides advanced yogi’s in detail to get to the deepest stretches. (If you have a condition it is better to choose a Yoga flex class.)

STRETCH & RELEASE

This class is designed especially for active people who will benefit from deep stretches and longer holds that help to release the tensions throughout the body. This yin-style practice is a fantastic complement to those with an athletic lifestyle.

HI2T PUMP

Multi level high energy class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls in a high intensity interval training format. Training with intervals works both the aerobic and the anaerobic system.

LATIN JAM

Latin Jam is the fusion of the seductive Latin flavors with the powerful beats of Hip Hop, the hypnotic sounds of Techno and the exotic attitude of Tribal movements. Using the traditional Aerobic styles as a foundation, Latin Jam creates a uniquely intense workout program that allows you to dance your way to a happier and healthier life. Warning! A complete fusion of yoga and tai chi for the ultimate combination of mindfulness and strength training. During the yoga segments, participants increase muscle strength, balance, alignment and flexibility. Within tai chi segments, people work with balance, coordination, core strength, and energy.

Hatha Yoga is designed to maintain your body strong, balanced and flexible. The class welcome all level, age or conditions. From beginner to advanced you will work out in a safe way. You will use props to help reach into the postures. Just advise the teacher of your condition before class.
